All products sold by Venice Research Labs are sold strictly as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory and research use only. Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
Our products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority. Our products are NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTIONand are not for any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. Any use of our products outside of controlled laboratory research is strictly prohibited and undertaken solely at the buyer’s own risk.
3. Buyer Representations and Responsibilities
By purchasing from us, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
- You are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a qualified research organization or institution, and will use the products solely for lawful laboratory research.
- You will not resell, distribute, label, or market the products for human or animal consumption, or for any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic purpose.
- You assume full and sole responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of the products in accordance with all applicable safety practices.
- You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, licensing, and import/export requirements that apply to your purchase and intended use.

6. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected misuse, pricing errors, or stock limitations. We accept manual payment via Zelle, CashApp, and Bitcoin only; we do not process or store credit or debit card information. Your order is not confirmed and will not ship until payment is received and cleared in full.
7. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, damage, seizure, or non-delivery once the products leave our facility.
8. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final except as expressly stated in our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Venice Research Labs LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your purchase, handling, or use of any product; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration provision below, you agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
13. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may seek relief in small-claims court for qualifying claims. You and Venice Research Labs waive any right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted to this page, and your continued use of the site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Research Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Venice Research Labs regarding your purchase.
