This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Venice Research Labs LLC and is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally. Orders must be shipped to a valid U.S. address.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed only after payment has been received and cleared in full. Once payment clears, orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is a flat $15 on orders under $200, and free on orders of $200 or more. The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout.
4. Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will provide it by email. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier and is not guaranteed.
5. Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you once we deliver the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, delay, or non-delivery once a package has left our facility, nor for any seizure or action by any authority.
6. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Delivery
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or for packages marked delivered but reported missing. Reshipment to a corrected address may require an additional shipping charge.
7. No Delivery Guarantee
Estimated processing and delivery windows are not guarantees. We are not liable for any losses arising from shipping delays.
