This Refund & Return Policy applies to all orders placed with Venice Research Labs LLC and is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are research chemicals whose integrity and sterility cannot be verified once they have left our control, all sales are final and products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described below.
2. Limited Exceptions
We will replace or refund an order only if:
- The product arrived damaged in transit;
- You received the wrong item; or
- The order was not delivered due to our error.
To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at admin@venicepeptides.net with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Approved claims are resolved, at our discretion, by replacement or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
- Products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, or tampered with;
- Claims made more than 7 days after delivery;
- Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong product;
- Delays, loss, or seizure caused by the carrier after the package leaves our facility;
- Failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
4. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel an order before it has shipped by contacting us. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and this policy governs.
5. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the order where possible. Because payments are processed manually (Zelle, CashApp, or Bitcoin), please allow a reasonable processing period. Refund amounts cover the price of the affected product; original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the entire order is our error.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a concern with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it under this policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
